    从气流状态考察小麦深床干燥特性研究

    MEASURING THE DRUYING CHARACTERISTICS OF WHEAT IN A DEEP-BED FROM CONTINUOUS DRYING AIR DYNAMICS

    • 摘要: 利用通风过程中的气流状态变化,考察小麦在深床下的干燥特性,讨论在深床干燥中,气流与床上料间的热和水分交换以及各层小麦的平均含水率变化,说明气流在深床内连续变化的过程和小麦的干燥速率。

       

      Abstract: The authors investigated the measuring of the drying characteristics of wheat dur-ing deep-bed drying by observing the dynamics of continuous drying air. The studyelueidated fluid-to-gmin heat and moisture transfer and the change in avenlge moisturecontent of different layers of glain and demonstheted the change of fluid state and drying rateof wheat in a deep-bed.
