摘要: 本文对石河子市27种127个蔬菜样品中硝酸盐。亚硝酸盐的含量状况进行了调查分析,并参考世界卫生组织(WHO)建议的硝酸盐日允许量(ADI)值,进行了食用卫生评价。Abstract: Make investigate Nitrate and nitrite content analysis of 127 samples of 27 vegetablespecies from S hihezi Market was carried of in a svrvey, and with the aid of the Ac-ceptable Daily Intake for man(ADI) value recommended by World Health Organization(WHO), a dietetic hygiene evaluation of them was made.
