    肉桂油的杀虫作用和有效成分分析

    STUDIES ON INSECTICIDAL ACTIVITY OF CASSIA OIL AND ITS TOXIC CONSTITUENT ANALYSIS

    • 摘要: 生物活性初筛试验表明,肉桂精油是优良的谷物保护剂。采用0.1%~0.2%(w/w)的浓度处理小麦或麦粉,能有效地抑制玉米象、谷蠹和赤拟谷盗的种群繁殖。每头黄粉虫幼虫点滴0.1-0.5μL肉桂油,明显影响其生长发育和水分代谢。采用GC-MS方法分析了肉桂油的化学成分,活性跟踪试验表明,肉桂醛为肉桂油的主要杀虫有效成分。
