摘要: 本文用热风干燥试验设备,探讨了风温、风速对糖制菠萝片干燥速度影响.通过试验数据的处理,建立了糖制菠萝片干燥模型。Abstract: In this paper, the different effects of ail temperature and airflow velocity on the drying of sugar - preserved pineapple slices, were investigated by a convection airflow drying apparatus. A mathematical model for the dry-ing of sugar - preserved pineapple slices was developed.
