香港蔬菜市场的经济分析和我们的竞争对策初探

    ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF VEGETABLE MARKET IN HONG KONG AND OUR COMPETITIVE STRATAGEM

    • 摘要: 本文叙述了香港蔬菜市场的组织,并根据作者所提出的四条标准评价其功能。对香港蔬菜市场的需求与供应,进口蔬菜的来源和价格关系进行经济分析。研究表明我国内地出口蔬菜在香港市场的形势是:数量占绝对优势,质量较差,逐渐受外国蔬菜排挤。问题的关键是出口蔬菜质量低,并对其原因作分析,最后提出我国在香港市场竞争的目的是:把外国抢走我们那部分市场夺回来;并探讨出口蔬菜的生产、流通和外贸体制配合等方面应采取的措施。

       

      Abstract: In this article the organization of the vegetable market in Hong Kong had been decribed. The function of the organiztion was evaluated according to four proposed criteria. Economic analysis were made in three aspects,viz. 1. the pattern of supply and demand of vegetables in Hong Kong; 2. the origin of imported vegetables; 3. the price of the vegetables imported. Preliminary analysis showed that the vegetables from inland China occupied the major portion of the vegetable market in Hong kong. But due to the relative low quality of the Ciine;e vegetables they have been gradually squeezed out of the Hong Kong market by vegetables imported from overseas. The reasons for this has been analysed. In our viev if we are to increase the comoetiveness of our vegetables in Hong Kong and retake the deprived portion of the Hong Kong market that has been encroached by foreign vegetables then it is important that we should improve upon the method of production and circulation of our vegetables for export and also restructure some of our foreign, trade practices and policies.
