187份湖南地方大豆种质资源多样性分析与综合评价

    Diversity analysis and comprehensive evaluation of 187 soybean landraces collected from Hunan Province

      目的 深入了解湖南地方大豆种质资源的遗传多样性,筛选鉴定具有高产潜力、高蛋白或高油特性的优异种质资源。
      方法 通过变异系数、遗传多样性指数、主成分分析等方法对前期收集到的187份湖南地方大豆种质资源的农艺性状、产量构成因子、品质性状进行多样性分析与综合评价。
      结果 187份湖南地方大豆种质资源遗传多样性丰富,变异系数介于5.35%~41.22%;其中,单株粒数的变异系数最大,粗蛋白含量的变异系数最小。在所有供试种质资源中,粗蛋白含量为35.36%~48.98%,粗脂肪含量为15.78%~22.85%。主成分分析结果显示,4个主成分因子的累计贡献率达81.722%。聚类分析可将187份资源分为5个类群,其中,类群I(包含2份种质)单株荚数及单株粒数较高;类群II(包含44份种质)粗脂肪含量较高;类群III(包含41份种质)百粒质量和粗蛋白含量较高。综合评价结果显示,得分排名前3的种质资源分别为‘七月豆’‘大绿皮豆’‘湘72-304’,具有作为湖南优质高产种质资源创制亲本的潜在价值,可考虑加以利用。
      结论 本研究为湖南优质高产大豆新种质的创新利用以及新品种的选育提供了有益的参考,有助于指导后续的深入研究和选育工作。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To gain an in-depth understanding of the genetic diversity of soybean landraces in Hunan Province, screen and identify superior germplasm resources with the characteristics of high-yield, high-protein, or high-oil.
      Method The agronomic traits, yield composition factors, and quality traits of 187 soybean landraces collected previously were analyzed for diversity and comprehensive evaluation using coefficient of variation, genetic diversity index, principal component analysis, and so on.
      Result The 187 soybean landraces in Hunan exhibited rich genetic diversity, with coefficients of variation ranging from 5.35% to 41.22%. Among them, the coefficient of variation for seed number per plant was the highest, while that of crude protein content was the lowest. Among all testing landraces, the crude protein content ranged from 35.36% to 48.98%, and the crude fat content ranged from 15.78% to 22.85%. The results of principal component analysis showed that the accumulative contribution rate of the four principal component factors reached 81.722%. Cluster analysis divided the 187 soybean landraces into five clusters. Cluster I (including two landraces) had higher pod number and seed number per plant, cluster II (including 44 landraces) had higher crude fat content, cluster III (including 41 landraces) had higher 100-seed weight and crude protein content. The comprehensive evaluation results indicated that the top three soybean landraces in terms of score were ‘Qiyuedou’ ‘Dalvpidou’ ‘Xiang 72-304’, which had potential value as parents for creating high-quality and high-yield germplasm resources in Hunan and can be considered for utilization.
      Conclusion This study provides useful references for the innovative utilization and breeding of new soybean germplasm resources and varieties with high-quality and high-yield in Hunan, which is helpful to guide subsequent in-depth research and breeding work.
