大豆发酵液配施磷肥对玉米苗期生长及土壤磷有效性的影响

    Effects of combined application of soybean fermentation broth with phosphate fertilizer on maize seedling growth and soil phosphorus availability

      目的 针对南方酸性土壤磷(P)有效性低导致作物P肥利用率低的问题,本研究采用盆栽试验探究大豆发酵液配施P肥对土壤有效P的影响。
      方法 在玉米盆栽试验条件下,设置磷酸二氢钾含量水平为0.05、0.10、0.15 g·kg−1,每个水平下设置4个浓度梯度(稀释倍数分别为100、300、500、700倍)的大豆发酵液与其混合施用。
      结果 大豆发酵液配施P肥促进苗期玉米的生长,主要表现在株高、茎粗和净光合速率的增加和根系的生长。其中,0.05 g·kg−1 P水平施用大豆发酵液显著促进玉米植株和根系均衡生长,且叶片净光合速率较单施P肥处理显著增加75.03%。在土壤化学性质方面,0.05 g·kg−1 P水平混施大豆发酵液提升土壤pH,并且有效降低土壤电导率;该水平中,相较于单施P肥处理而言施用100倍大豆发酵液使得有效P含量大幅度提升,增幅可达258.86%,同时,Al−P和Fe−P含量增幅最高,分别为162.48%和135.91%。
      结论 大豆发酵液配施P肥对土壤P有效性具有积极意义,尤其是0.05 g·kg−1 P水平配施100倍大豆发酵液对P有效性的提升效果更为明显。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To address the problem of low phosphorus (P) fertilizer utilization efficiency in crops caused by low P availability in acidic soils of southern China, this study used a pot experiment to investigate the effects of applying soybean fermentation broth combined with P fertilizer on soil available P.
      Method Under the maize pot experiment, the content levels of KH2PO4 were set at 0.05, 0.10, and 0.15 g·kg1 respectively. For each level, four gradients (with dilution ratios of 100, 300, 500, and 700-time, respectively) of soybean fermentation broth were arranged for mixed application with KH2PO4.
      Result The combined application of soybean fermentation broth and P fertilizer promoted maize growth at the seedling stage, mainly manifested in plant height, stem diameter, net photosynthetic rate, and root growth. Specifically, soybean fermentation broth mixing 0.05 g·kg1 P significantly promoted the balanced growth of maize plants and roots, with the leaf net photosynthetic rate being significantly increased by 75.03% compared with the P fertilizer alone treatment. In soil chemical properties, soybean fermentation broth mixing 0.05 g·kg1 P increased soil pH and effectively reduced soil electrical conductivity. At this P level, compared with the P fertilizer alone treatment, 100-time soybean fermentation broth resulted in a substantial increase of 258.86% in available P content. Meanwhile, the contents of Al-P and Fe-P showed the highest increases of 162.48% and 135.91%, respectively.
      Conclusion The combined application of soybean fermentation broth and P fertilizer exerts a positive effect on soil P availability, with the 0.05 g·kg1 P level combined with 100-time soybean fermentation broth exhibiting a more pronounced enhancement effect on P availability.
