    增香剂对香稻香气和生理特性的影响

    Effects of Regulators on Aroma Content and Physiological Characteristics of Aromatic Rice

    • 摘要: 以常规香稻品种桂香占为材料,采用大田试验,研究了自制增香剂对香稻糙米香气和生理特性的影响.结果表明,齐穗期喷施增香剂2能显著提高桂香占糙米的香气含量;经过增香剂处理后,桂香占籽粒的脯氨酸含量均显著高于对照;增香剂2使得齐穗后10 d总游离氨基酸含量显著提高;2种增香剂对籽粒脯氨酸氧化酶活性的影响不显著;但能显著提高齐穗后20 d籽粒的鸟氨酸转氨酶活性;喷施增香剂2还能提高齐穗后10 d桂香占籽粒的SOD活性和齐穗后20 d的POD活性.
