    鞘氨醇单胞菌株XJ对农药的降解效能

    Test of Pesticide Degradability by Sphingomonas yanoikuyae XJ Strain

    • 摘要: 以筛选对有机磷、氨基甲酸酯和除虫菊酯3类农药具有降解作用,能对农药污染进行生物修复的菌株为目标,对采自广州市郊区的鞘氨醇单胞菌 Sphingomonas sp.菌株XJ,经富集培养法提高其对农药的降解效能后,用气相色谱检测了该菌株对目标农药的降解率.结果显示该菌株对5种农药的降解率分别为克百威55.58%、异丙威62.74%、辛硫磷77.55%、毒死蜱56.59%和氯氰菊酯81.8%.表明该菌株有很强的逆境生长潜能,对有机磷、氨基甲酸酯和除虫菊酯等3类农药具有不同的降解效能,是一株具有开发价值的细菌.
