    虎奶菇菌核多糖对四氧嘧啶诱导糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用

    Hypoglycemic Effect of Polysaccharides from the Mushroom Sclerotia of Pleurotus tuber-regium in Alloxan-Induced Diabetic Mice

    • 摘要: 通过腹腔注射四氧嘧啶建立小鼠糖尿病(DM)模型, 分别用虎奶菇菌核水提多糖(W-HNP)、碱提多糖(A-HNP)按每千克体质量200和100 mg灌胃给药,阳性对照用盐酸二甲双胍片(MH)按每千克体质量500 mg灌胃给药,连续15 d后,分别测定空腹12 h后血糖,并对小鼠血清进行乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶电泳.试验结果显示:与DM对照组相比,W-HNP、A-HNP处理组的小鼠血糖分别降低了(34.499±9.345)%、(46.820±7.032)%(P<0.01),且不影响正常小鼠血糖;同时,多糖可改善DM小鼠的饮水、摄食和体质量,提高DM小鼠的胸腺、脾指数;DM对照组血清的LDH4、LDH5的活性比正常组高,W-HNP、A-HNP处理组的LDH4、LDH5活性比DM对照组低.
