    15种杀虫剂对红火蚁工蚁的触杀活性研究

    Studies on the Contact Toxicity of Insecticides Against the Worker Ants of Solenopsis invicta

    • 摘要: 室内采用药膜法研究了15种杀虫剂对红火蚁Solenopsis invicta工蚁的触杀毒力、瞬时接触毒杀和虫体接触传导毒杀活性.触杀毒力测定结果表明,红火蚁工蚁对杀虫剂较敏感,所试15种药剂中有14种杀虫剂处理24 h的LC50值低于10 μg/mL,其中9种的LC50值低于0.1 μg/mL,仅有阿维菌素的触杀毒力表现较弱,其处理48 h的LC50值为1 045.74 μg/mL.瞬时接触毒杀活性研究结果表明:毒杀活性随药剂浓度的提高而上升,其中,辛硫磷在质量浓度50 μg/mL以上时,10 s瞬时接触毒杀活性24 h后即可达100%;氟虫腈、灭多威和毒死蜱也具有良好的瞬时接触毒杀活性.虫体接触传导毒杀活性测定结果表明,辛硫磷和高效氯氟氰菊酯易于通过虫体传导,辛硫磷50 μg/mL处理24 h后的传毒活性为93.33%,100 μg/mL以上的传毒活性达100%.
