水稻浓香型优质不育系宜香1A产量配合力分析及香味遗传研究

Analysis of Yield Combination Ability for Rice Cytoplasmic Male Sterile Line Yixiang1 A and Its Scent Inheritance

  • 摘要: 用4个不育系与5个恢复系组成4×5不完全双列杂交进行配合力分析.结果表明,宜香1A一般配合力效应值为0.376,II-32A一般配和力效应值为0.169,汕A一般配和力效应值为-0.208.对它们配和力效应值差异作显著性测验的结果是,宜香1A一般配合力极显著优于II-32A和汕A.对水稻不育系宜香1A的香味遗传研究表明,宜香1A的香味由1对隐性主基因控制,是一个选育香型杂交稻的理想不育系.
    Abstract: Yixiang1A's yield combination ability analysis was conducted by using no complete dual crossing with 4 cytoplasmis male sterile lines and 5 restorer lines.The result showed that Yixiang1A's general combination ability effect value was 0.376,while II-32A and San A's general combination ability effect value were 0.169 and-0.208.General combination ability of Yixiang1A was prior to that of II-32A and San A.Yixiang1A's scent was controlled by the two single recessive main gene and Yixiang1A was a good cytoplasmic male sterile line for the breeding of scent rice.
