高收获指数型水稻品种粤香占光合产物运转与分配特性的研究

    Studies on Translocation and Distribution of Photosynthate in Rice Variety Yuexianzhan with High Harvest Index

    • 摘要: 采用^14C-葡萄糖同位素示踪技术研究高收获指数型水稻品种粤香占光合产物运转与分配特性,结果表明:籽粒灌浆至成熟期间,^14C-葡萄糖从剑叶的总输出率为71.02%,显著高于对照品种;^14C-葡萄糖向上运转于穗、穗颈的比例大,向下运转于戏叶的比例小,用于籽粒充实的绝对量高;穗对碳水化合物具有较强的积累能力,光合产物向穗的运转具有流畅、量大的特点。组织切片显示,粤香占尽管穗颈节大维管束较少,但韧皮部发达,筛管数量多。

       

      Abstract: Photosynthate translocation and distribution of rice variety Yuexianzhan with high harvest index was studied by 14 C-glucose .The results showed that total 14 C-glucose export rate was 71.02% during grain growth and was obviously higher than the check rice varieties. Lots of 14 C-glucose were transported to panicle and panicle base, little to leaf and stem. The absolute volume of 14 C-glucose which filled grain was high. The ability of accumulating carbohydrate was stronger in the spike. The characters of photosynthate translocation to spike were rapid flow and large volume. The cross section of plant tissue showed that Yuexianzhan variety had less numbers of large vascular bundles, well-developed phloem and more numbers of sieve tubes.
