    干旱条件下水稻幼苗的保护酶活性及其与耐旱性关系

    THE ACTIVITIES OF PROTECTIVE ENZYMES OF RICE SEEDLINGS SUBJECTED TO DROUGHT AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP TO DROUGHT TOLERANCE

    • 摘要: 对干旱条件下3种不同耐旱性的不稻幼苗相对含水量,丙二醛含量及保护酶活性进行了比较研究。耐旱品种超氧物歧化酶活性在水分胁迫下降低幅度较小,不耐旱品种酶活性降低幅度较大。在轻度水分胁迫下耐旱品种地氧化物酶活性提高,不耐旱品种POD活性无变化,3个品种的过氧化氢酶活性均提高,耐旱性越强,活性提高幅度越大。
